August will see the publication of two children\u2019s books translated by Michele Hutchison: The Starling\u2019s Song<\/em> by Octavie Wolters (Pushkin Press) and Raoul Deleo\u2019s Terra Ultima<\/em> (Big Picture Press\/Bonniers). In October, Girls<\/em> by Annet Schaap, translated by Laura Watkinson, will come out from Pushkin Press.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNotable fiction titles include two books translated by Kristen Gehrmann, Lale Gul\u2019s I Want To Live<\/em> (Little, Brown, date tbc) and Tobi Lakmaker\u2019s The Story of My Sexuality<\/em> (Granta, January 2024). Anne Eekhout\u2019s Mary<\/em>, translated by Laura Watkinson, will be published by Pushkin Press in November. Scribe will be publishing both the new Gerbrand Bakker, The Hairdresser\u2019s Son<\/em> (trs David Colmer, tbc 2024), and The Remembered Soldier<\/em> by Anjet Daanje (trs. David McKay, 2025). Gerda Blees\u2019s We Are Light<\/em> (trs Michele Hutchison) will be published by World Editions this August.
